如甲、乙任何一方违反本合同约定，应承担违约责任，包括支付违约金、赔偿损失等。
八、争议解决（Settlement of Disputes）
如双方在执行本合同过程中发生争议，应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权向合同签订地人民法院提起诉讼。

1、本合同一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份。
2、本合同自双方签字（盖章）之日起生效。

After-sales service should be implemented according to the agreement between both parties. SIXTH: CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE Both parties should keep confidential the business secrets, technical know-how and other confidential information related to the content of this Contract and business communications during execution of this Contract, and should not disclose them to any third party without the consent of each other. SEVEN: LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT If any party breaches any term of this Contract, it should bear liability for breach of contract, including payment of liquidated damages, compensation for losses, etc. EIGHT: SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be settled first by friendly negotiation. If no settlement can be reached, any party may submit such disputes to the people’s court at the place where this Contract is signed for litigation. NINE: MISCELLANEOUS 1. This Contract is made in duplicate with one copy for each party.
